a friend of mine recently started up his own business of selling meat rubs (insert joke here). Tonight I made me a fat porkchop with the "regular" and did up some taters in the "spicy." This shit is seriously tasty.

while that piece of meat most assuredly looks succulent...it does look like it came from this man's kitchen:

I have pokechops tonight too. minus the rub. and potatoes. add cabbage/onion/garlic thing. and olives. turns robot is an olive fan.

might have to order some of that rub up. For grilling season. (or before)

thankfully, I've got an uncle that has the gift for bbq and he makes the most delicious pork ribs that he freezes and sends out to me and my mom from Long island. overnight of course. they go right in the freezer until ready to reheat (low and slow) then nom nom nom
