I don't understand most of this thread - math is like a foreign language sometimes. Thank goodness my job is in accounting!

i'm in college algebra now, after not having set foot in a math classroom in almost 15 years. and i was the nerd kid who took geometry in summer school to get ahead so i didn't have a math class my senior year. go figure. but i had to take developmental math in the spring as a refresher. i have an abundance of notecards if you want to share.

damn college and their insistence on the need for freshman composition. really? don't they know what i do for a living?!?!

i already took the test and it was easy(ish).
even if i don't make a good enough score i will just have to take developmental math and i guess that's not the end of the world.

north central texas college (community college). then after 1 or 2 years there i plan on going to TWU or UNT. haven't totally decided. but that's the plan.
