No Knead Bread?

Postby zenmomma » Fri Feb 29, 2008 4:09 pm

I know I'm like really really late to jump on the no knead bread bandwagon, but I've been wanting to try it for a long time.

The dough is mixed and waiting to be baked tomorrow morning.

Anyone tried this method and/or what kind of results did you get?

I'm baking a normal white loaf right now which I've never done either... so hope it turns out!!!

I haven't made bread in. . . well. . . ages, so I am even slower, looks like!

Let us know how it turns out.

No Knead Bread update:
The dough has gone all bubbly which is supposed to be a good sign!
