I have a tendency to agree with you but the words of wisdom I gave to moms coming to my La Leche League meetings was always "Take what you want and leave the rest." I can take Martha's "good things" and leave the rest.

I do sometimes watch her show and she ticked me off a little when she was talking with a guest (and a child helping her with a demo) about perfectionism. She thinks it's great to be a perfectionist. Being the mom of a gifted perfectionist, I know that is not always the case. Bad things can happen to kids who feel the need to be perfect at all things all the time.

I may just have to make those cupcakes, though.
