This is a huge victory Foster and his family, for everyone who worked on the campaign here at ground level and around the world, and for the state of Texas. I am confident that this final decision on the part of the Board of Pardons and Paroles and the governor were inevitable outcomes in any just system.

I LOVED that he explicitly encouraged the legislature to reexamine the law.

His good-haired-ness is probably worried that TX could turn into a damn dirty blue state.

That being said, I applaud him for actually pulling his head out of his ass long enough to make a good decision.
