I read they're going through extra effors to make sure the food they feed the athletes and coaches at the Olympics is safe. They promise. Cross their hearts and hope to die. :|
[China] this week executed a former drug and food safety chief for corruption.
Wow, way to send a message. It would never fly in the US though. "Define corruption."

China is a mess. It's a weird crossroads of robber-baron era exploitation with government neglect of corruption, environment, everything. Until you really screw up, and then...

I think the US solution to corruption is pretty interesting, multiple layers of overlapping bureaucracies that can take funding from each other and therefore police each other (sort of). The solution to our solution? Tons of special interest money!

Who cares about potentially deadly international health crises? What I want to know is how will this impact the future of eggrolls, and what can I, the average citizen, do to help?

Please, think of the sweet and sour sauce.
Due to the economy, I had to let my signature go.
