I started noticing it a few years ago while walking downtown. It started with the bigger department stores like Marshall Fields and Carson's and pretty soon Sears and everyone else followed suite. It's more obvious with summer wear.

i do have a head, she's a sweetheart. I'm on the look out for a torso. people just don't leave them lying around.
