Lie your palm flat, and using your index and middle fingers, "stab" your palm twice.

My humble apologies if y'all learned this 1000 years ago.

I didn't remember it from a 1000 years ago. But I did take sign language a few years ago and remember that one even if most rest of it has leaked out of my brain since then.
