Elm St. Tattoo in Dallas does $13 "13" tattoos for 24 hours
I will have several.... again. There will be much rejoicing

plus, the DRD, Daryl, PG, Baboon show.

I just called them and verified that they are open and there are no leagues or anything at 4 p.m.
