Yes, which is quite surprising. I haven't cared too much for their two previous albums, but I might have to check them out again. This one came out of nowhere and is as brilliant as 80's E&TB

clearlake - cedars
pavement - brighten the corners
what made milwaulkee famous - trying to never catch up
depeche mode - violator

That was a tough call. There are about 40 or so records I listed on my blog as "worthy" in any other year. "The Runners Four" should be 10a.
