Radiohead's going to be 2007, but there should be a download single out in the summer to co-incide with their uk tour.

Kaiser chiefs is also 2007 but this article might be of interest  linky

Guillemots
Spinto Band

Just getting into the new Flaming Lips album, I'm hoping it's a bit of a grower, as I've not found it to be very catchy yet- but I'm willing to give it time! I'm really loving Guillemots and Spinto Band though. I've seen them both a couple of times over the past 6 months, and they're both brilliant and fun.

Thanks for the link! I knew it'd be a stretch to get those this year, but one can wish!

And I'll get the new Secret Machines for sure!!

I may be see The Flaming Lips next week (for free unless I get locked out), and I'll see what I like there. I'm not a huge fan of theirs.

I'll post my favourites later when I get a chance, but firstly:

what's Danielson's Ships like? I have 'Brother To Son' or whatever it's called, and that was kinda ok, but maybe just a bit too freaky. However I'm intrigued by his latest one for some reason. Is there anywhere to hear songs before I order it?
