Star Wars Radio Dramas

Music, movies, entertainment, etc. Because James wanted it (and seems like a pretty good idea)

Star Wars Radio Dramas

Postby Doomius » Thu Feb 26, 2009 3:34 am

Apparently I work with a guy who's father was the voice of Obi-Wan in the old Star Wars radio dramas that played on NPR in the early 80's!

He surprised me today with a photo of this poster signed by his dad!

He may not be Alec Guinness and he may have signed it "Obi One", but it's still frickin cool in my book!

That's pretty cool. I didn't listen to the star wars one, but I did listen to Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy on the radio back in the day.

I like how Billy Dee Williams voiced Lando on the radio drama because he had nothing better to do, I guess.

It's the perfect time to drink his malt liquor.

This means I'm now within 3 degrees of seperation from Billy Dee Williams!

I think I should celebrate with some Colt 45...works every time!
