are we sure? sometimes those things are bogus. :( this news makes me sad, they always put on a great show :(

It's showing up on several sites now. Although, no major papers?
I see it now on the Guardian and in the San Jose Mercury News (which oddly is almost always on top of stories like this).

yeah it's all over the news today. I'm really gonna miss their shows. they played many a year on halloween in SF, such good times. at least I have lots of great memories.
