yeah I've seen that stuff cooked on tv cookery shows. they really do seem to love it in Mexico. tho, I'm not sure about it myself. haven't encountered it stateside as of yet. I guess as long as it doesn't smell or taste like it looks, I'd probably have some.

i'd like to see a picture of it in a real life dish before I judge it. those pictures are like america's most wanted lighting. if it's healthy and can be scrambled in my eggs I'd give it a look see. maybe with a splash of Tabasco.
