It's practically in your backyard. I was going to go for lunch yesterday, but got distracted.

No, but I will be!
I sent Jason to that shopping center yesterday for lunch from Thai Orchid, yum!

That web site is confusing, because the 'directions' link has a Garland address. I found the 2536 N Beltline address, but the images they have of a grocery store couldn't exist at that Irving location if it's in that strip mall where the map shows it... Either way I'm pretty sure I can find it!

Thai Orchid is in a different strip mall. This place used to be a TJ Max and it's in the same center as Maki Boy and the CiCi's Pizza.

Ooooh, I did see this place a few weeks ago when J and I ate at Cici's (don't judge me). I forgot about it after that, but I'll definately check it out.

That's a damn dirty lie. I just like Olive Oil's and Pizza Villa a lot more.

ok, I dragged J to this place over the weekend. It's not so much a restaurant as it is a deli counter at the back of an Asian market. The menu was a little confusing because they don't have any descriptions of the food, so I just ordered the Mixed Thali special, which was yummy and a good amount of foor for like $4. Jason had the Paneer Paratha, which was basically naan stuffed with cream sheese and chives, yum!

In conclusion: thumb's up for lunch, but don't plan on having date night there.
