I used some soy sauce the other day that is def older than a year... I'm ok... I cooked with it though.

yikes! believe it or not the frige just got cleaned out yesterday, so I'm safe for now. However, I'm almost certain I may have over extended an item or two or three in my time, I must have a stomach of steele or something.

maybe the natural stuff? all that oil can go rancid. as if PB ever lasts that long anyway.

Jiff is like a year, if it doesn't have high fructose corn syrup in it, it's like 3 months or so.
