Way to call her on bullshits, Author. I wish I could do that everytime I hear something I don't quite believe.

Also, did you also see the corndog casserole?

in the Mission the Mexican street vendors sell bacon wrapped hotdogs cooked on a flat grill. Perfect for after a night of drinking/dancing. :D

I'd give it a shot, but pretty sure it would be like the ultimate breakfast sandwich I had this morning. A couple bites and done.

CORN DOG CASSEROLE™
INGREDIENTS:

8 large corndogs or 24 mini-corndogs
2 cans chili
1 can refried beans
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup grated pepperjack cheese
1/2 cup of chopped green onions

I'm so making this!

You can also try
Guiness Chocolate Bread Pudding
Ingredients:

1 can of Guiness
4 cups or so of day old bread (something sweet works better not rye breads or the like)
3 eggs
1 cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 chocolate chips
1 stick butter

Mix the Guiness with the cream, sugar, and eggs. Spread the bread and chocolate chips in a cassarole dish and pour the liquid mix over the top and press the bread to make it soak up extra! Dot with butter and cover with foil. Bake for about ten minutes or till set up. Remove foil and bake for another few minutes until golden brown! serve hot or cold with ice cream!
