Any 2011 resolutions?

i'm going to keep up my yoga practice and start meditation. i'm also going to read all the books i got for christmas, most of which are yoga-related. 2011 is all about mind + body union.

Mainly self inflicted - watch the big pile of DVDs I've accumulated over the past 12 months, learn how to use a Mac, take in a game at Sutton United/ Didcot Town/Swanage & Herston Town, catch up on my reading, pass my CF2 exam and read the manual for my camera.

god no! i used to use that stuff on my hair but it leaves a residue if you have hard water. it sure smells awesome, though. if it's not diluted enough, it burns my skin. that shit is intense.
