No, I had to wiki it; I was disappointed to find that it wasn't about migrant farm workers, because I think that could be a realy cool documentary project.

Do you still get stuff in your Christmas stocking?

No, I don't think I get anything in my stocking anymore. The last years that I did, it was very practical stuff like a box of tissues, Bactine, Q-tips, toothpaste, a travel umbrella -- Santa shopped at Walgreens.

Is there a gift you are super excited to give someone this year?

P.S.
Teenage Missouri cousins were just talking about being addicted to American Pickers last weekend. I want to check it out!

I guess I phoned it in altogether. One thing I know will get some use, though.

when i was a kid, yeah. i made clothespins and dolls and stuff. my grandpa used to do some whittling, he showed me some stuff. today, i'm more aware of my clumsiness and would like to keep all my digits, so i stick to knives in the kitchen and nowhere else.

Oh, I'm good with mom and dad for about a week. Throw grandma in the mix, though, and we're talking 36 hours MAX.

What was the last thing you saw in a museum?

Birch beer, ginger beer, root beer or beer beer?

Funny you should ask. I just bought tons of "natural" sodas for New Year's Day. I haven't had a soda in over a year now and I'm binging for one day only and then I'm giving it up for another year. I'm also giving up the alkie for a year except for two particular days.
So, to answer your question... I'm really looking forward to root beer right now.

Banana, Strawberry or Chocolate Moon Pie?

(My kids had their first moon pies several weeks ago. They hated it.)

Actually, since you mention it? Cheap store-bought pie. I don't like pie either, and I've realized that the reason I don't like pie is that I ate so many shitty pecan and pumpkin pies at various Thanksgiving events. Good pie is good, but I usually avoid it because all pie has been tainted for me.

Team Cake!!!

Whats your favorite type of cake?
