More info on Fadi's -- they're open til 8 p.m. on Sundays. Too early??

Can I throw the Cafe Brazil hat into the ring? The ones in Deep Ellum or on Central between Mockingbird/Lovers are always open and they have space. And vegetarian food. And non-veg food. And pancrepes.
betty brown/alex works at the cafe brazil in deep ellum.

there is also one on greenville that seems to always be empty.

i am not sure that i can come yet but my vote would be for Cafe Brazil on greenville. kath and i were there a few weeks ago on a saturday evening and were the only ones in there for the entire time we were there.

we should have plenty of room.

I agree. There is plenty of space to spread out at the Greenville location. Plus, that gives me the opportunity to "pre-party" at the Dubliner

Cafe Brazil - Greenville Ave. it shall be.

Now if Steve would let us know what time he rolls into town, we can plan a time, yeah?

Welll.

Amtrak is scheduled to arrive at 1:30pm on sunday.

Howwwweverrr... the last two times I've taken the train it's been 90 minutes late, and that's over a 5-7 hour journey. Who knows how late it will be over a 22 hour one?

Expect me anywhere between 2 and 5, I would say, and I'll keep in telefon contact with you.

This cafe brazil place sounds like an awesome idea.

I was all freaking out when I thought the cafe don't sell beer. Then justin mentioned pre-party.
Dear Justin,
Feel me in on the details of the pre-party, I am in.

P.S.
Steve, we went to a different location of Cafe Brazil on the 4th of July with Sam, Sunny & Jason. Same food, just on Greenville Ave. (the Good Records street) instead of in Oak Lawn.

NO!!!! if you guys are going to cafe brazil, you honestly need to go to the one in Deep Ellum. because I work there, and I will be working Sunday night, and the place is always empty on Sunday nights, so you don't need to worry about that. anyway if you go to the one on Greenville, how in the hell am I suppose to attend this dinner, considering I'll be at work at the one in Deep Ellum, and proudly flaunting my forkers button on my apron, crying madly, because there is a fucking forkers party at the same restaurant I work at, except down the street, in a location that is always filled with SMU pricks and dirty hippies.

Compelling enough argument for me.

Deep Ellum instead.
