So, I was standing around chatting it up with Bon and a friend outside the Sufjan show and my dearest wife starts teasing me about "meeting the fockers" (that would be the forker dinners she's referring to). She was telling our friend about my internet pals and having a giggle at my expense when suddenly I spot a forkers t-shirt walking by.

Gusel, your timing couldn't have been any better. And apologies for the homeboy handshake. I get like that when I've had gin.

Man, what an amazing show.

for all those that care, the show was tremendous. the energy in the granada was something i have not seen in a while at a show. lithium was off the hook.

the new 'uniform' was a nice change and gave the show a refreshed feel.

if the size and energy of the crowd was any indication, the talk of the imminent demise of the spork has been greatly exaggerated.

Friday Night = The Long Winters @ Rubber Glove.

And if my homework's done I'd like to make the Aimee Mann show, but that's a big if.

If I wanted to stop it, I would have locked and/or deleted the thread(s).

This is my gentle ribbing. Plus, I've heard the fauxrum has but a faint pulse.

I planned on going with jen and allison, then last night 2 of those three had drinks and drinks with no dinner so 2 of those three are planning on next thursday.

i appreciate you being gentle justin.

fact is, many of us on this board have interests on both sides and i appreciate being able to freely talk about the spork, when there is something to talk about. my allegiance is to the forkers. if and when justin so chooses to throw down the no spork talk gauntlet i will respect his wishes.

until then, they rocked last night what can i say.

ps- speaking of football, werent we supposed to have a european leagues football pool this season?
