hell yes that's a fork. and a damn dangerous looking one at that.
that kind of fork deserves to be on a motorhead album sleeve. hell, i'm willing to say it deserves to be body art.

I say fork as well. Just being somewhat concave doesn't make it a spork and the fact that it has extra pointy parts for show is gravy.
