one of the last brews I helped put together (I'm one hell of a sparger) was an apple-cinnamon wheat. It was mighty tasty. when were the apples added and waht form were that (juice cider?) I made a cider once, and although it smelled good, that sucker was dry.... I would be afraid of the same thing ...
