TAPS and Red Dawn were my two favorite films as a kid. We'd round up the neighborhood kids and create games out of both movies. TAPS involved running and then pretending you were getting shredded by machine gun fire. The more dramatic the fall the better. Red Dawn just involved blowing snot bubbles....

We got one of those cheap joystick games for my wife at Christmas. Pole Position and Mrs. Pac Man suck astroids.
